Frances Kallman serves as managing partner of Kallman & Company, LLP, a mid-sized CPA firm headquartered in Brentwood, where she leads the firm with vision, resilience, and a deep commitment to client service. Under her leadership, the firm has successfully navigated significant periods of disruption, including the COVID-19 pandemic and more recently, the Los Angeles wildfires.
Through Kallman’s strategic focus on both operational continuity and employee safety, KCO maintained uninterrupted service to its clients, especially during these challenging times when clients needed tax and accounting guidance most. Kallman recently participated in a panel with City National Bank West Coast Year-End Planning Webinar. Under Kallman’s leadership, KCO has grown from just a few professionals in 1997 to a team of nearly 45 today.
