Frances Kallman serves as managing partner of Kallman & Company, LLP (KCO). Under her leadership, the firm has successfully navigated significant periods of disruption, including the COVID-19 pandemic and more recently, the Los Angeles wildfires. Through her strategic focus on both operational continuity and employee safety, KCO maintained uninterrupted service to its clients during these times when guidance was needed most.
Under Kallman’s leadership, KCO has grown from just a few professionals in 1997 to a team of nearly 45 today. The firm provides a full suite of accounting and tax services and operates in a boutique environment, offering specialized expertise across key industries such as real estate, nonprofit, entertainment, part-time CFO services, and wholesale and manufacturing.
