Under her leadership, what began as a modest segment of a broader telecom category has grown into a robust, strategic national practice with a projected revenue of $81 million – up from $29 million in 2019, an increase of nearly 180%.
Newman brought together disparate people and geographic locations to create a holistic M&E team that focuses on the high-growth subsectors—film, television, digital media, publishing and sports. She mapped key markets and elevated the firm’s visibility through conferences, speaking engagements and active board leadership with organizations such as the Media Financial Management Association.
