As the market managing principal of Grant Thornton’s Greater Southwest offices, Cathy Hyodo has helped shape the direction of one of the largest professional services firms in the country — all while championing the people and industries she serves. During her 2021–2023 tenure on the firm’s Partnership Board, Hyodo contributed to the selection of a new CEO and helped shape a bold new growth strategy that led to back to-back years of record-breaking revenue for the firm.
As the leader of Grant Thornton’s LA office since 2018, Hyodo oversees hundreds of tax, audit and advisory professionals while steering client service and operational strategy across Southern California.
