Tomoko Jimbo is a senior manager in tax services at RSM US LLP’s Los Angeles office, where she has over 19 years of accounting and finance experience. Jimbo
provides business tax compliance, income tax provision, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Her work spans publicly traded and privately held companies, multinational corporations and middle market firms across various industries, including retail, consumer products, manufacturing, technology, media and entertainment, and restaurant and franchising.
Prior to joining RSM in 2021, Jimbo spent most of her career with a Big Four firm, where she honed her skills and developed expertise in serving both corporations and pass-through entities. Her primary focus was on middle-market outbound and inbound corporations, tackling cross-border issues and business combinations. Jimbo was responsible for managing teams that assisted with due diligence, restructuring, and M&A activities, as well as representing clients in
income tax examinations.
