Ping Choi has over 24 years of experience in US taxation and has been with Deloitte for over 22 years. Her industry knowledge includes investment management and real estate. Her client experience includes public and private corporations, operating and investment partnerships, Real Estate Investment Trusts, UPREITs, Taxable REIT Subsidiaries, S-corporations and high net worth Individuals where she’s provided tax compliance services and consulting services including, ASC 740 assistance, tax planning and restructuring, structural designs and transactional consultation.
Choi’s experience also includes private equity funds, investment advisors, broker-dealers, fund of funds, open and closed end funds and institutional investors within the investment management industry. Choi has also made significant contributions around DEI, including her leadership in firm initiatives around Deloitte’s women and underrepresented professionals. Choi is also known as a strong mentor and leader to professionals within Deloitte.
