With over 35 years of experience under her belt, Patty O’Connell initially served as a tax professional working with closely held private businesses and high net worth individuals and their related entities. While in her role working as a tax partner, the need for a chief operating officer arose, and O’Connell stepped up.
As a tax partner and now COO, O’Connell has made a tremendous impact on the overall state of the firm. She leads all strategic and operational initiatives at the firm, many of which have been transformational to the organization. As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, the advisory board of HCVT’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, Community Service Committee, and the Women’s Initiative Committee, O’Connell has overseen and driven much of the firm’s progress. In the firm’s Executive Committee, O’Connell is a key decision maker, working closely with the firm’s senior leadership.
