Jane Goodman is a Los Angeles-based audit partner with the Ernst & Young LLP Financial Services Wealth & Asset Management practice. She has two decades in the financial services industry in EY’s offices in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Goodman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a certified public accountant in both New York and California. Prior to her time at EY US, Goodman spent time at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Investment Management. Professionally, throughout her career with EY US, Goodman has served public and private asset management clients.
Goodman specializes in private equity and private credit, and she also has experience with registered funds, real estate funds and REITs, broker dealers, energy-focused funds and venture capital. In addition to her professional obligations, Goodman is a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion.
