RYAN GONZALEZ JOINS LYON STAHL AS 1ST VICE PRESIDENT
Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate is thrilled to welcome Ryan Gonzalez as First Vice President in their El Segundo office. Ryan is a trusted advisor to investors across Los Angeles and Orange Counties, with a -primary focus along the 605 corridor. As a First Vice President at the firm’s South Bay office, he specializes in multifamily investments and 1031 exchanges—helping clients grow and protect their wealth through smart, strategic real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Ryan closed north of a quarter billion in transactions at Marcus & Millichap, where he held the title of First Vice President investments. He holds a degree in Business Administration (Finance & Marketing) from Chapman University.
Lyon Stahl was founded in 2014 by Brett Lyon and Woody Stahl. Today, the company employs nearly 100 agents and has closed $4.8 billion in multifamily transactions.
