Brandon Evans joins Lyon Stahl as a Vice President specializing in investment sales in Los Angeles and Ventura County, focused primarily on Multifamily and Commercial investments. Since 2019, Brandon has closed over $100m in transaction volume and has established a reputation for his extensive market knowledge, advisory approach, and commitment to client success. He excels in identifying investment opportunities and navigating complex transactions, leveraging his extensive network and analytical skills to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Brandon is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients, providing them with tailored strategies that align with their investment goals.
Previously, Brandon was a Managing Director at Rosano Capital Partners, where he was the brokerage’s top producer for 2023 and 2024. Prior to Rosano Capital Partners, Brandon spent five years at Marcus & Millichap in Encino, where he earned the firm’s PaceSetter Award in 2018 and Rising Star Award in 2019.
