JORDAN ASHEGHIAN JOINS LYON STAHL INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE
Jordan has joined the Lyon Stahl West LA office as a 1st Vice President. Jordan has an impressive track record, having closed over $350 million in transactions and sold over 950 units in his career. With a background in institutional real estate, Jordan is plugged into the market and understands how to combine current market trends, capital markets and asset level analysis in order to maximize value on behalf of his clients. His vast insight coupled with his attention to detail and unwavering work ethic ensure that his clients’ expectations are consistently surpassed.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Jordan underwrote nearly $2 billion of potential deals across the Southern California Region for Equity Office, an affiliate of the Blackstone Group. Lyon Stahl sees Jordan as a pivotal piece of their team as they gear up for their next stage of growth in the West LA office. Lyon Stahl was founded in 2014 by Brett Lyon and Woody Stahl. Today, the company employs nearly 100 agents and has closed $4.1 billion in multifamily transactions.
