Roland Young has been promoted to counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, effective January 1. A member of the Structured Finance Practice, he represents asset managers, business development companies, and financial institutions in financing transactions, including fund financings, asset backed lending facilities, collateralized loan obligations, direct lending and origination platforms, asset securitizations, and joint venture financings.
