HON. GLORIA WHITE-BROWN (RET.) JOINS ARC AFTER 20 YEARS ON THE LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT.
Judge Gloria White-Brown recently retired after 20+ years on the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she presided over countless jury and court trials in the Civil, Family and Criminal departments.
She has experience in complex litigation and has presided over 300 jury and court trials. Judge White-Brown brings a unique and in-depth
understanding of all aspects of civil case processing and case values. She is known for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, listening ear to
all that appeared before her, and her excellent and relentless ability to understand client needs.
Appointed by Governor Gray Davis in 2002, Judge White-Brow served the Los Angeles County Superior Court with distinction for over 20 years across Family Law, Criminal, and Civil assignments including an Independent Calendar Court.
During that time, she was heavily involved in the Mandatory Settlement Program and helped to settle many cases. Her experience as an environmental prosecutor and trial attorney with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and later as Senior Deputy District Counsel for the agency make her an exceptional expert in these areas of complex law.
Judge White-Brown will focus her mediation and arbitration practice on the following areas of law: business/contractual, real estate, personal injury, premises liability, complex litigation, elder care, medical malpractice, environmental, habitability, and HOA matters.
