Mr. Weissman’s practice focuses on all forms of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, debt financing, development, construction, leasing, and land use. Mr. Weissman previously practiced at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP as a partner in its real estate department.
