Greg Swartz has been promoted to counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, effective January 1. A member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice, he represents clients in commercial disputes and regulatory enforcement proceedings, including contract disputes, unfair competition claims, corporate governance and partnership disputes, government investigations, and antitrust litigation across a range of industries.
