Katherine Page has been promoted to counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, effective January 1. A member of the Banking Practice and Finance Department, she represents banks and private credit funds as lenders in leveraged finance and private capital transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital structure refinancings.
