Shawn Hansen has been promoted to counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, effective January 1. A member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice and Finance Department, he represents clients in corporate restructurings, Chapter 11 reorganizations, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and general finance and corporate matters.
