Megan Ampe has been elected a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, effective January 1. A member of the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice, she advises clients on employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements including employment agreements, severance and change-in-control arrangements, deferred compensation programs, and equity and other incentive-based compensation arrangements.
