Shane Alexander has been elected a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, effective January 1. A member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice, he represents private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated and private credit financings, acquisition and carve-out financings, asset-based and cash flow facilities, liability management transactions, debt restructurings, and workouts.
