Cigna Healthcare named Tim Closson general manager for its Southern California group employer business. Tim’s 30-plus year career includes six earlier years with Cigna. Tim is responsible for driving growth for clients with under 3,000 employees and will work with network leaders, medical executives, and others on community outreach.
