Parkview Financial welcomes Scott Denham as Managing Director and Head of Construction. With over 25 years of development and investment experience, Denham will oversee all construction lending, from underwriting to risk management. He brings a unique borrower-lender perspective shaped by roles at Mack Real Estate, Rexford Industrial, CIM Group and more. Denham holds degrees from Dartmouth, Columbia, and NYU’s Graduate Real Estate Program.
