P2S, A Legence Company, a specialized engineering firm serving markets across the western United States, is pleased to announce a new executive leadership team in place to lead the company forward and maintain sustained growth. Effective today, June 1st, following the retirements of founders Kevin and Kent Peterson, the leadership team brings 91 years of combined experience. They have detailed working knowledge of the company and will provide a stable base of continuity as P2S expands its footprint as part of Legence.
Brad Lentz, PE, LEED AP, GPCP, takes the reins as President of P2S. Formerly serving as Vice-President, Brad brings more than 20 years of leadership experience. He has a proven track record of building strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners by consistently delivering thoughtful solutions and measurable results. Brad has deep familiarity with P2S operations at the highest level from his role on the leadership team and led the development of P2S’s 2025 Strategic Plan. His leadership ensures continuity of P2S’s client-first approach while advancing the firm’s ability to meet evolving industry demands and deliver exceptional value to clients nationwide.
Travis Taylor, DBIA, LEED AP, was appointed COO in November 2025 and has been leading operations effectively while bringing a fresh perspective. Travis has over 30 years of A/E industry experience, with 25 of those years in senior operational roles. He’s successfully led organizations across a wide range of environments, from entrepreneurial firms to large global engineering companies. Travis manages complex, multidisciplinary programs with a focus on performance, accountability and results.
Aravind Batra, PE, LC, LEED AP BD+C, assumes the role of Chief Technical Officer, where he will leverage nearly four decades of industry experience to provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and uphold design excellence across P2S services. Throughout his career, Aravind has led and managed hundreds of complex projects, developed sustainability master plans and electrical standards, and contributed to numerous award-winning LEED-certified and high-performance buildings. He is widely recognized as a leader in sustainable design, electrification, and Zero Net Energy (ZNE) solutions, with a strong reputation for advancing practical, forward-thinking engineering strategies that deliver long-term value to clients and communities.
