Willdan is excited to announce Candra Jolly as Vice President and Director of Utility Programs. Candra brings 20 years of Program Leadership Roles at SCE, Georgia Power, and PEPCO. Her experience is well suited to lead Willdan’s energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts.
