Morley Builders, a leading general contractor headquartered in Santa Monica, is proud to announce the appointment of Joe Tennison as Vice President, General Contracting Field Operations. Joe brings over 18 years of experience and expertise to his new role, having been a dedicated member of Morley Builders for nearly two decades.
In his new position, Joe will be responsible for the financial, safety, quality, and schedule success of all Southern California Region general contracting projects. Joe’s role involves close collaboration with Vice Presidents and Project Executives to ensure project success, as well as working directly with Project Superintendents to develop schedules, site logistics, hoisting plans, temporary power setups, and overall project sequencing.
Joe’s impressive track record includes managing over $1 billion worth of projects across various market sectors, including multifamily and mixed-use residential, education, and commercial. His ability to handle numerous challenges, problem-solve, and motivate project teams while maintaining effective relationships with clients and subcontractors is particularly noteworthy. Joe’s extensive experience in both operations and preconstruction provides him with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to start and complete a project successfully.
His appointment marks a significant step forward for the company, ensuring continued excellence in project execution and leadership development.
