SWINERTON ELEVATES LEADERSHIP ROSTER WITH STRATEGIC APPOINTMENTS
Swinerton is pleased to announce three new promotions at the executive leadership level effective this year.
Ray Haj, appointed Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Swinerton, boasts nearly 30 years in the construction industry, spending 23 with Swinerton. Having joined in 2001, he climbed the ranks, becoming Senior Vice President and Region Manager of Southern California in January 2020. Haj emphasizes employee development, succession planning, and a diverse market portfolio to secure Swinerton’s future success. Lia Tatevosian, the new Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, brings 30 years of industry experience, with 27 at Swinerton. Armed with a Mechanical Engineering degree, she’s overseen $1 billion in projects, including notable achievements like the LAX Gateway and NASA’s LEED® Gold building. Daniel Camin, taking over the Orange County / Los Angeles Special Projects Division, brings 16 years’ experience with Swinerton, joining in 2008. With a background in Planning and Development, and a Master’s in Construction Management, he steps into his role as Vice President and Division Manager.
