Guido has played a pivotal role in shaping MATT’s people strategy, most recently serving as Vice President of Talent. In that role, she worked closely with the company’s executive leadership team to strengthen talent initiatives, align workforce strategies with long-term growth, and support employees throughout every stage of their careers at MATT. Her promotion reflects both her significant contributions to the company and MATT’s continued commitment to investing in its people and culture.
Throughout her career, Guido has built expertise across compensation, benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, and talent development.
