John Finn has been with W.E. O’Neil for over 20 years, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and President of the California Region. Under his leadership, the California division experienced rapid growth and geographic expansion. Now taking over as Chief Executive Officer, Finn will lead the company into its second century, building on its legacy of operational excellence and client service.

Mike Byrne, who has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and nearly a decade at W.E. O’Neil, is stepping into the role of President of the California Region. Formerly the Executive Vice President, Byrne is known for his commitment to mentoring future leaders and fostering strong, personal relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
