Tony Gutierrez has been promoted to Field Operations Manager of Swinerton Builders’ Orange County/Los Angeles division. During his 19 years with Swinerton, Gutierrez has helped lead field operations on major aviation projects at Los Angeles International Airport, Long Beach Airport, John Wayne Airport and Palm Springs International Airport. With more than 23 years of industry experience, he will oversee field execution, safety and operational performance across the division.
