Clune Construction has promoted Adam Beck, Senior Vice President to General Manager in Clune’s Los Angeles office. Adam will work alongside Managing Directors Randy Starbird and Peter Bahruth, as part of the Los Angeles leadership team. Since joining the firm in 2013 as a superintendent, he has gained extensive hands-on experience in the field, mastering project execution. Advancing through the ranks, Adam took on increasing responsibilities, refining his ability to manage complex projects effectively. In this role, Adam will be dedicated to Clune’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering collaborative partnerships with clients and industry partners.
Notably, Adam served as the general superintendent for a 400,000-square-foot campus build-out for high-profile entertainment client, Netflix, at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Overseeing multiple superintendents, he and his team successfully managed supply chain delays and workforce challenges to complete the project efficiently and maintain Clune’s reputation as a leading interior general contractor in the region.
With 28 years of experience in the field, Adam’s leadership style is shaped by his deep understanding of construction and team development, complemented by a passion for excellence and a commitment to building strong relationships that align seamlessly with Clune’s values. Known in the industry for his reliability, follow-through and ability to get the job done, he takes great fulfillment in mentoring others, helping them grow in their careers, and guiding teams toward efficient solutions. His high emotional intelligence has enabled him to cultivate lasting industry relationships built on trust and communication. As he transitions to General Manager, Adam shifts his focus from field operations to supporting the Los Angeles office through growth, collaboration and talent development. His dedication to giving back is demonstrated through his involvement with the Clune Cares Foundation.
