CONNECT MEDIA WELCOMES INDUSTRY VETERANS STEVE BLOOM AND ALLEN WOLFSHEIMER TO CRE PLATFORM
Two of commercial real estate media’s most experienced leaders, Steve Bloom and Allen Wolfsheimer, are joining Los Angeles based Connect Media as the company expands its West Coast presence.

Bloom, who founded RENTV in 1998 and spent nearly three decades building and operating the news and conference company, joins as Vice President of CRE Business Development West. A former CRE broker, he will produce conferences and lead sales from Texas to the West Coast, drawing on more than 35 years of industry relationships.

Wolfsheimer, a CRE editor with deep news source relationships established over more than three decades, joins the Connect CRE editorial team as Content Director. He will serve as a West Coast editor covering Seattle, California and Arizona.
“After many years building and operating RENTV, I wanted to find the right home for what we’ve created, and Connect Media is that home,” said Bloom. “Daniel and his team share our commitment to quality journalism and to serving the CRE community.”

Daniel Ceniceros, Connect Media’s founder and CEO, said, “Adding seasoned CRE professionals like Steve and Allen on the West Coast allows me to focus on the entire Connect Media platform. They are hitting the ground running.”
Their arrival coincides with Connect Media’s acquisition of RENTV.com, The REview video tool, the CRE Talk podcast and RENTV conferences. The company plans to bring RENTV conferences to Seattle and San Diego and will assume management of the 2026 Arizona State of the Market Conference scheduled October 29 in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The addition of RENTV follows Connect Media’s early 2026 acquisition of Louisville, Kentucky-based Networld Media Group, a B2B media company that delivers news and conferences for the quick service and fast casual restaurant, retail technology, and banking sectors. The RENTV acquisition also reflects the company’s approach of growing through people, adding experienced professionals to deepen the bench on both the news and conference sides across the Connect Media platform.
The company previously acquired multifamily listing platform ApartmentBuildings.com and AI-powered lending information platform LOANtuitive. These additions collectively reflect Connect Media’s growth strategy of making selective investments in platforms that align with its media, technology and client services ecosystem.
