Pacific Premier Bank is pleased to welcome Hamed Tavakkoli as Senior Vice President/Director of Commercial Banking, based out of Encino. Hamed joins Pacific Premier with more than 20 years’ experience specializing in Commercial Banking in the Greater Los Angeles area, managing portfolios across a diverse range of industries.
Over his 25-year career in the banking industry, Hamed has earned several leadership accolades, including the Chairman’s Circle Award and 2022 Banker of the Year while at First Citizens Bank. Hamed has been recognized as a top leader for consistently meeting goals for his clients while successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Hamed has a background in engineering and business, as well as credit training and real estate banking certifications. In his new role at Pacific Premier, Hamed will oversee and grow a team of bankers and provide customized deposit, treasury management, and lending solutions to support his commercial clients’ financial endeavors.
