Banc of California has welcomed Nathan Lytle as Senior Vice President, Merchant Services Sales and Partnerships. In this role, Nathan will focus on expanding the bank’s Payments Services while deepening client relationships.

Nathan brings more than 25 years of banking experience across the U.S. Throughout his career, he has developed and led high-performing sales organizations while remaining connected to his home community in Thousand Oaks, Ca.

His career includes senior leadership roles in Merchant Services with First Data, supporting Wells Fargo Bank, and Elavon, where he architected the Union Bank alliance.

Most recently, Nathan served as Commercial Payments Leader at Worldpay, partnering with Comerica Bank. He has also held leadership positions in the fintech sector for companies like Infinicept and Emburse, developing strategic partnerships with CitiBank, JP Morgan and U.S. Bank.

Nathan spent two years in Santiago, Chile prior to earning a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. His international experiences fostered an appreciation for Latino culture and language which continues to influence his relationships today.
