GHJ ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES IN TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES PRACTICE
GHJ, a leading national advisory and accounting firm, proudly announces significant leadership transitions within its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Practice. These changes are aimed to enhance the Firm’s ability to deliver superior services and support to its clients.
David Sutton has been appointed the new TAS Practice Leader, succeeding GHJ Partner and Executive Committee Member Anant Patel. David, who also leads GHJ’s Private Equity Practice, brings over two decades of experience including finance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. He serves clients across the U.S., ranging from small family offices to established multi-disciplinary funds.
Since joining GHJ in 2017, David has played a pivotal role in the Firm’s TAS growth. His extensive deal experience includes Quality of Earnings, working capital analysis, forecasting and deal structuring. David is a Fellow Chartered Accountant in the U.K. and a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Anant Patel, CPA, will continue to lead the entire Advisory Practice with an active role in TAS, where he will focus on strengthening GHJ’s market relationships while also driving the growth and development of the Firm’s advisory offerings. Anant has over three decades of public accounting experience, advises in mergers and acquisitions and provides financial due diligence consulting such as quality of earnings, working capital analysis, EBITDA analysis and projections and deal structuring. His extensive deal experience ranges from $20 million to $1.2 billion. Anant is also a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA).
Anant’s ongoing leadership will ensure continuity and sustained excellence in the advisory services offered to clients.
Additionally, GHJ is thrilled to welcome Patrick Duynstee as a new Principal in the TAS Practice. Patrick is based in New York and brings over two decades of experience providing financial and strategic guidance on global mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in buy and sell-side quality of earnings and financial diligence, primarily working with middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as multinational corporations and financial investors in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
