ROBERT MAINELLI PROMOTED TO PARTNER AT RSM US LLP
RSM US LLP (“RSM”), a leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services to the global middle market, has announced the promotion of Robert (“Rob”) Mainelli to Partner in the firm’s Assurance practice. Based in Los Angeles, Mainelli brings more than 15 years of accounting and auditing experience serving middle market and closely held businesses.
Mainelli provides assurance services to clients in the asset management, mortgage banking, professional employer organization (PEO) and real estate sectors. He works closely with executives on complex audit and accounting matters, including mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, business combinations and investment structures, and is known for helping clients achieve timely, accurate financial reporting.
He has extensive experience working with specialty finance organizations, investment advisers, asset managers and emerging fund managers, including venture capital, debt and credit funds, registered investment advisers and real estate opportunity funds. His background also includes advising organizations receiving federal and state grant funding and supporting valuation matters related to complex investment portfolios.
Mainelli is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of CPAs. He holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tampa.
