Aryan Azarani has been promoted to Partner, Tax Services, at RSM US LLP, a leading provider of professional services to the global middle market. Prior to joining RSM, Aryan spent over seven years in the tax practice with a Big Four firm. His expertise encompasses accounting for income tax, uncertain tax positions, purchase accounting, tax planning, multistate issues, and representing clients in tax authority examinations.
Aryan serves private and public companies, including multinational corporations. In his current role, he specializes in corporate tax planning, compliance, international tax, ASC 740 Tax provisions, and consulting across diverse industries, including banking and alternative finance. Additionally, Aryan holds professional affiliations with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
Aryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
