Sabrina Narain is an ambitious Hispanic & Asian Indian attorney breaking barriers in Los Angeles’ auto manufacturing litigation space, becoming the first female partner in March 2020 after only three years at the diverse boutique legal firm Sanders Roberts, LLP where she primarily defends corporations in consumer protection matters, including breach of contract, fraud claims and product liability. Her experience in the auto industry has led to the creation of new and technically advanced litigation strategies to successfully defend the severity of consumer warranty cases in California, specifically those cases alleging fraud and misrepresentation which has also assisted her in strengthening her general liability practice.
Narain is actively involved in the legal and local community, including the academic sector. Since 2019, she has also served on the advisory board of Fullerton College’s Paralegal Program where she oversees and advises the Board on curriculum, operations and compliance.
