Kelly Perigoe has over a decade’s worth of experience in federal and state courts, from the pre-litigation to appellate phases, and for clients throughout the United States and internationally. She is regularly tapped to draft dispositive motions involving thorny issues and leads appellate strategy in clients’ most critical matters.
Among Perigoe’s recent successes has been her work handling an appeal before the Ninth Circuit of a dismissal of a copyright infringement action. The team at the district court defended VNG, Vietnam’s first unicorn technology company, in a copyright infringement action alleging more than $300 million in damages. Perigoe and team successfully defeated the action. She has also been representing Molina Healthcare, Inc. in the Seventh Circuit in a False Claims Act qui tam action alleging millions of dollars in treble damages. Perigoe’s team successfully obtained a dismissal of the claims with prejudice in the district court.
