Jennifer Post is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Thompson Coburn, LLP. She is the managing partner of the firm’s LA office and the first LGBTQ office managing partner of the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and is the vice chair of the firm’s Emerging Company practice area.
Post serves as primary outside counsel to a variety of individuals, institutions and companies, including entrepreneurs, venture capital firms and emerging companies. Her practice encompasses all areas of general corporate, M&A and securities law. She also represents investment entities including venture capital firms in their investment work, formation, governance and maintenance. Post has a unique niche representing alternative asset and fintech lenders including venture debt lenders and hedge funds in private credit transactions with an emphasis in technology, fintech and consumer brands companies.
