Since the beginning of her career, Connie Fickel has maintained an extraordinary track record of success as an accomplished, dedicated attorney and strong leader. Joining Lewis Brisbois almost 10 years ago, Fickel emerged as a strong leader early in her tenure. She was the youngest woman attorney and the second youngest attorney overall to be elevated to equity partnership at the time that she earned the promotion. As a current co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ national Professional Liability Practice and chair of the firm’s National Securities Litigation & FINRA Practice, Fickel leads large teams of attorneys who consistently achieve the objectives of several of the firm’s clients. She regularly secures favorable results in high-stakes litigation.
Fickel recently secured a respondents’ award in an arbitration against a wealth advisor and member of a technology startup who was accused of making misrepresentations related to a client.
