Christine Shin successfully started a boutique M&A practice in West LA which now services Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms, emerging companies and both buy-side and sell-side clients in middle-market M&A transactions. Building her practice from the ground, Shin has acted as lead advisor to over $1 billion dollars in value of aggregate transactions, while overseeing the practice which services such transactions.
Shin has actively supported female-founded businesses and women CEOs since she started the corporate practice at RAK. She has put together successful liquidity transactions for women partners, CEOs, owners and founders with companies in the fields of healthcare, technology, manufacturing, cosmetics and retail. Beyond her day-to-day work, she has made a significant impact within the women business community and inspired women to believe that they can get real transaction value which is equal to those companies led by men.
