She has negotiated and finalized thousands of commercial leases and acquired and disposed of billions of dollars’ worth of real property.
In preparation for Super Bowl 50, Atty represented a major communications company in negotiating and closing numerous license transactions with hotels, stadiums, and state and local governments resulting in a multicity, multicounty network in and around San Francisco that provided seamless coverage and capacity before and during the big game. She continues to represent the communications company in building out and enhancing its network.
