Rachel L. Fiset is the co-founder and managing partner of RFZ Law LLP, a woman-owned complex litigation and white-collar trial firm based in Los Angeles. Over the course of her career, Fiset has grown into one of the region’s most formidable trial attorneys, known for strategic creativity and the ability to prevail in high stakes matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Fiset has played a central role in some of the highest profile investigations and trials in the Central District of California. Fiset established her career defending individuals and companies in com-plex litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions brought by the SEC, US Attorney’s Office, and District Attorney’s Office, involving allegations such as securities fraud, False Claims Act violations, healthcare fraud, wire fraud, and public corruption.
