Jeffrey Gersh is a partner of Stubbs Alderton & Markiles and the co-chair of the Business Litigation Practice. Before joining the firm, he was managing partner of The Gersh Law Firm for over 10 years and a partner for 25 years with a prominent litigation law firm.
Gersh successfully litigates, arbitrates, or mediates for both plaintiffs and defendants, complex business and commercial matters, whether for individuals, public or private corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and/ or its members, shareholders and partners. He has handled disputes regarding contract matters, trade secret disputes defending clients against claims of misappropriation of customer lists, intellectual property and confidential company information, intellectual property, and general business matters.
