As a partner and co-chair of Blank Rome’s Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance practice group and co-chair of the firm’s Los Angeles office, Chang concentrates her practice on complex corporate and financial matters guided by disciplined, outcome driven decision making.
One of the most significant engagements of Chang’s career is her successful defense of Caitlyn Jenner and the estate of Jenner’s late business manager, Sophia Hutchins, in a putative securities class action arising from the launch of the cryptocurrency “meme coin” $JENNER. Chang also routinely leads high-stakes class action defenses for financial institutions nationwide.
