With more than 30 years in the industry and $2.1 billion in personally advised and secured financing, he has earned a reputation as one of the most trusted commercial real estate mortgage bankers on the West Coast.
Arrobio’s career arc reflects the full spectrum of the industry. He began as an analyst at JLL and a private banker at Community Bank in Pasadena before rising through nationally recognized institutions. When he joined Matthews Capital Markets in 2023 as first vice president, he brought institutional depth to a rapidly growing national platform, expanding its West Coast capital markets reach and deepening lender coverage across the country.
