Eisler successfully resolved a litigation matter short of trial for one of the top 10 contractors in the country on a design-build freeway project with a difference in the parties’ position of nearly $15 million. Eisler recovered a multi-million dollar settlement for his client. He has also successfully resolved litigation matters related to levees, data centers, distribution centers, industrial and chemical complexes, assisted living facilities, residential structures, high-end single family dwellings, mixed-use buildings, and sports and entertainment complexes.
