Peter Mair is head of Skadden’s Los Angeles Real Estate Group. Most recently, Mair represented Cosm, Inc., a global technology company that delivers immersive experiences for sports and entertainment, science and education, and parks and attractions, in connection with the development, construction and leasing of its first immersive public entertainment venue in Hollywood Park, the retail district located adjacent to SoFi Stadium.
