After moving up the ranks in private law firms, Maribeth Annaguey was elevated to name partner at trial firm Browne George Ross Annaguey O’Brien & Ellis LLP (now known as Ellis George Cipollone O’Brien LLP) in 2020 – just shy of her 42nd birthday. During her tenure there, the law firm grew to a bi-national midsize law firm. Although her former firm’s growth was exciting, Annaguey decided it was time to branch out with longtime friend and law partner Kathryn McCann to start their own boutique firm, Annaguey McCann LLP, a woman and minority-owned law firm.
Although there are many wins through the life of a case and throughout her career, Annaguey has been able to leverage her trial and litigation experience to find resolutions before clients are forced to endure the cost, disruption to business, public scrutiny and risk of trial.
