Trujillo-Jamison has achieved many successes in the courtroom, including as a member of AbbVie’s 100%-diverse trial team in a high-profile, nine-figure pharmaceutical lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court against Takeda. In that case, Trujillo-Jamison helped convince the Court to find Takeda liable for breaching the parties’ drug supply agreement. At both the liability and damages trials, Trujillo-Jamison examined and defended multiple expert witnesses. The court found that Trujillo-Jamison’s client AbbVie suffered damages in excess of $448 million.
