Kayla Horacek has extensive experience in dissolution matters, including but not limited to child custody, property division and support. Horacek also has a deep understanding of paternity matters and domestic violence issues. She also handles transactional family law matters such as prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements.
As a Certified Family Law Specialist and accredited Minor’s Counsel, Horacek is an accomplished and compassionate attorney who challenges herself to earn credentials that ultimately benefit her clients. She was also a behavioral technician for children with autism. She is a trusted resource and thoughtfully advises her clients during complicated and challenging situations. Horacek has also been recognized in various publications throughout her career. She contributes her perspective on the Appellate Court’s decision on adjustments made to support agreements and how the ambiguity of the ruling affects future modifications.
